WMG Event Support is the event division of World Wide Mobility Group. We handle the technical and logistical side of exhibitions, corporate events, concerts and festivals: stand building, AV, rigging, crew and event logistics, coordinated by one team across Europe.

We start with your floor plan, the venue rules and the build-up window. That tells us which crew, kit and access you actually need, before anyone quotes a number.
You get one plan covering the build schedule, the crew list, the equipment and the logistics. One project lead owns it and stays your contact for the whole job.
Our crew builds the stand, rigs the truss, patches the AV and runs the show days. Changes on site go through the same project lead, so nothing gets lost between suppliers.
We break down, load out and return the kit to schedule, then hand over a short report of what was used, what changed and what to plan differently next time.
Every project runs the same four steps, whether it is one stand in Utrecht or a full conference build in Frankfurt.
We staff every project from the same pool of technical crew and event staff, so the people on your stand have done the job before. Numbers and roles are confirmed with you before build-up starts.
