Your Questions, Our Answers

The questions we get asked most about crew, stands and technical support at trade fairs and events across Europe. If yours is not here, just ask.

Stand building, AV and rigging, stagehands and technical crew, plus event staffing such as hostesses, promotional staff and stewards. We cover the technical and logistical side of an event, and we can supply the people to run it.
For a large trade fair, four to six weeks gives us the best choice of crew. We do take shorter notice, and for smaller jobs we have filled requests inside a week, so it is always worth asking.
We work mainly on trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, festivals and corporate events. If your event needs a stand built, technical crew on site or staff on the floor, it is in scope.
Tell us the budget and we will tell you honestly what it covers. We would rather scale the crew to fit than quote something that looks good on paper and falls short on the day.
Yes. We can put a supervisor on site who runs the schedule, handles breaks and arranges replacements, so you are not managing a rota while you are trying to work the stand.
We use our own crew wherever we can, and a small set of partners we have worked with before for specialist kit. We do not hand your job to an agency we have never used.
Yes. Build up, the show itself and breakdown, including the logistics of getting materials in and out of the hall.
Yes. We build to your own design or work from your brand guidelines, including the graphics, the lighting and the AV that goes into the stand.
There is a supervisor on site and a contact at our office for the whole run. If someone falls ill or a piece of kit fails, replacing it is our problem to solve, not yours.
It depends how close to the event you cancel and what has already been committed. We set it out in writing in the quote, so there are no surprises later.
